During my time at university, I was elected to manage the social media channels for my women's rugby union team which I decided to carry on throughout my final two years. The social media before I started has no clear brand identity or theme throughout the content so my main aim was creating a recognisable brand with a high standard of posts. Within my first year, I was managing the accounts alone which meant creating full time posts, team sheets and social recaps each week to fit out branding and team identity. In my third year of university, the second year running the channels, I was able to bring two more people on board to create a stronger media team which has allowed us to push out a higher quality and quantity of media.
